I started my sisterlock journey with complete installation 16 March 2025. My first meeting with Anna as I call it an interview went so well as you need to know you're starting a journey. I had gone all-natural back in 2022, no more perms or dyeing my hair. My hair is salt and pepper and the gray seemed so dry and brittle. Anna explained the process of what your hair goes through.

As I was going through my baby phase I embraced every aspect of the journey. I had slippage one time to the point I thought my hair wasn't going to loc at all. When I tell you if Anna says to do something when it comes to your hair, listen and do it as she takes the time to know exactly what you need as you can't go by what someone else is doing.

To come and get your re-tie and to get a grade of a D, you know you're doing something wrong as I sweat a lot at the beginning and Anna explained what I needed to do. My hair texture was different all over soft in one are, then somewhat straight in another but again I embraced it all.

I'm a year and almost five months in and my hair is thriving as other people have seen it just flourish and the only thing I put on my hair is the Crown Growth Hair Mist (Hair Growth and Scalp Stimulant) (this is my go-to). I make sure I don't run out of it.

Anna I think you for being my awesome consultant, your kind spirit has made my journey the best thing that I could have done. You stated your hair takes on your personality, and I do understand what you mean by that.

Anna has not only become my loctician, I consider her a friend/my sister as I go through this amazing journey loving my sisterlocks.
